My philosophy is centered around an 18 plus year background in claims. Having spent my early years being the person you saw after bad things happened, I understand how the policy works and what to expect from your policy and your carrier when the unexpected happens. By being able to translate this into real life experiences, we inform and educate our clients as to why or why not to select coverage and appropriate limits. Insurance doesn't cover everything 100% of the time. Learning this before the loss happens, rather than after it happens allows consumers to plan and prepare.
