Agents work from the office, home, and in the field while working directly with individuals and business owners to provide customized insurance solutions We are looking for hardworking, entrepreneurial, and self-disciplined salespeople who are looking to build a career and meet their full potential.

As an Insurance Agent with Noble Insurance, you will have the ability to work with our top-rated partners including Nationwide, Safeco, State Auto, Progressive, Hartford, Liberty Mutual, Foremost, Metlife, and many more.

No experience is necessary. All career backgrounds are welcome! Training is provided with the provided carriers and one on one training from the agency owner.
Compensation is a combination structure that includes Commission, Residuals, and Bonuses discussed in detail with the hiring manager during the interview process.

Licenses: Property and Casualty Insurance (Preferred), Life Insurance (Preferred)

Connect with provided leads to sell personal and commercial insurance products
Networking and community involvement
Solicit and develop leads outside of the office
Build comprehensive policies through a consultative approach
Generate electronic rate quotes and process electronic applications
Service active client base for new sales opportunities
